Suitable for 3 people, with a double bedroom (90x1.60mt) and a sofa bed (80x2.00mt) in 50m2 of space.
The accommodation is located in Vigonza, which is 10 minutes by car from the center of Padua and on the direct route to Venice and Treviso.
It is possible to park for free on the street in the large parking lot in front of the Church, in front of the Residence.
LIVING AREA: relaxation area with single sofa bed (90x1.80 m), 32" TV and kitchenette complete with 2 induction burners, microwave oven, electric kettle, various utensils.
BEDROOM: double bed (90x1.60 m), 32" TV, bedside tables and wardrobe, split of A/C.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer, washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, mosquito nets, iron and clothes horse.
Autonomous heating. Fireplace NOT usable.
Cot hire for a fee - 20 euros per stay

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
