In just two minutes you can reach the Santa Marta vaporetto, an excellent starting point to discover the city and the Lido.
The apartment features a kitchenette, a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with a gazebo, ideal to relax in the open air.

The flat, located in a quiet area of the Dorsoduro district, is the perfect solution for those who want to visit the beautiful Venice, at the right distance from the chaos of the centre.
The internal space is organised as follows:
- LIVING AREA: open kitchen (5-burner hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, toaster and kitchenware), dining table, sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and armchair bed;
- BATHROOM: toilet, bidet and shower box;
- GARDEN (fenced): gazebo, sofas, tables and armchairs.
Other services available to guests: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living area), iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The property is suitable for children, but there are 5 steps to access the apartment.
Pets are allowed at an extra charge of €15 per stay.
All identity documents (IDs) of guests must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid locally in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.
From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time. Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs:

In this case, identity documents will be requested from you the day after arrival.

Among the most significant attractions, it is worth mentioning the Church of Santa Maria della Salute, an example of Venetian Baroque architecture, the Accademia Gallery, which houses an extraordinary collection of Venetian paintings, and the famous Peggy Guggeneim Collection (Palazzo Venier). Another must is Campo di Santa Margerita, the very heart of the district, a great meeting place where you can taste a spritz (the famous Venetian aperitif, consisting of prosecco, Aperol and soda water) and enjoy a glimpse of authentic Venetian style.
