Comfortable apartment of about 65 square meters is located on the ground floor of a period building. The accommodation consists of:
KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM 1: with a queen bed, desk, TV and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: with a queen bed, desk, TV and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have at their disposal air conditioning (3 splits), washing machine, iron and ironing board, independent heating with heat pump

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
N.B. In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
-the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, for each additional set € 8.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival
