*Casa Lina* Historic house with garden & fireplace

Charming historic house characterized by typical wooden interiors and located in the heart of the wonderful Anzasca Valley, just 20 minutes by car from the ski slopes of Macugnaga and Monte Rosa. The accommodation is located in the beautiful historic district of Vanzone, dating back to 1600, and offers every kind of comfort for seven people: it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large garden with dining area and deck chairs, where to eat or relax immersed in a pleasant silence.

The 60sqm house is divided into three levels (pay attention to the internal stairs) and is composed as follows:

**Ground floor**
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with queen sofa bed, TV and working fireplace
- Storage room under the stairs
- Cellar of 20sqm

** First floor **
- Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe
- Second bedroom with a single bed
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub
- Second toilet with wc and shower box
- Balcony

**Second floor**
- Attic with bedroom equipped with two single beds

Large garden equipped with dining area with stone table, bench and chairs, with fixed pergola cover.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The whole house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Vanzone con San Carlo is located in the heart of the wonderful Anzasca Valley, on the left side of the Anza, on the slopes of the Alps. The house is located on the outskirts of the town, in the historic district dating back to 1600, in a quiet and peaceful area, but short distance from everything you need for a comfortable stay: within 200 meters you can find bars, minimarket and pharmacy.
Vanzone offers a lot to visitors: in addition to the charming old town, you can admire beautiful historic buildings, such as the ancient Church of San Carlo, which preserves valuable works of art inside, and the Battiggio tower called "dei Cani", built in the characteristic local squared stones. There are also countless naturalistic beauties, which can be admired thanks to pleasant walks in the unspoiled nature. We are also located just thirty minutes drive from the ski slopes of Macugnaga and Monte Rosa, and less than an hour from the Antrona Valley Natural Park, a natural oasis full of lakes and landscapes that will leave you breathless.

The house can only be reached on foot: the free parking is 100 meters flat.
