Modern and charming apartment perfect for 4 people located in the Pozzo Strada district, 300 meters from the Paradiso / Marche metro stops, and for this reason it is well connected to the Porta Susa and Porta Nuova stations. The accommodation is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: WiFi, TV, heating, terrace, free parking. The apartment is suitable for families, solitary travelers, small groups and those who want to enjoy all the beauties of the Piedmont capital and its province!
Nice and bright apartment of about 55 sqm completely renovated and tastefully furnished, located on the second floor of a stately and modern building with elevator (suitable for disabled people), in a very quiet setting, a few steps from the metro Marche and Paradiso, which will allow you to easily reach the city center.
★ ROOM: pretty master bedroom independent from the rest of the house, equipped with a queen bed and wardrobe.
★ LIVING ROOM: living room with sitting area, sofa bed and dining area.
★ KITCHEN: The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, moka, kettle and toaster.
★ BATHROOM: bathroom with toilet and shower.
★ TERRACE: furnished with table and chairs overlooking the communal garden.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, pocket WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Free parking included (allocated parking space in the yard)
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins and late check-outs.
However, this depends on whether or not we have guests leaving on the day you arrive or arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of early check-in or late check-out within a few days of your arrival.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the structure, and a surcharge applies as follow:
- between 21.30 and 23.00: 25 euros
- between 23.00 and 24.00: 30 euros
- after 24.00: € 40
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with public gardens and commercial spaces, both food and technology-related, of large retailers. Convenient access by car if you arrive from the highways / ring road; or by metro if you arrive by train. Always the Metro allows you to leave your car parked and move comfortably into the city center.
The city center can be reached by subway, which stops a few blocks from the apartment and you can get to Porta Susa or Porta Nuova in a very short time.
It is possible to park easily on the street for free as it is outside the ZTL area. Within walking distance are public transportation and the subway (11 minutes x the center) as well as supermarkets and many shops of all kinds. Multiplex cinema, restaurants and pizzerias can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
