Turin Comfy Apt - Stadio Olimpico & Pala Alpitur

Cozy apartment of 40 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the fourth floor of a building without elevator. We are in the district of Santa Rita, full of all basic services, such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars; and well connected by public transport, near the property there are bus stops 17 and 91, and tram 10. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the Olympic Stadium and 7 minutes from the Pala Alpitur.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, toaster, manual juicer, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table, French sofa bed, TV 26", split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, wash/dryer, washbasin and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermovalves, air conditioning via split (one in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the fourth floor.
Note the presence of a step at the entrance of the building.
NO bidet.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The apartment has a very convenient location close to the city center, the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Olympic Stadium, the Pala Isozaki (Pala Alpitur), Lingotto and the two main railway stations: Porta Susa and Porta Nuova.
The accommodation is located in the Santa Rita area, near the Olympic Stadium, currently playing field of the Torino F.C. in addition to being the scene of important concerts during the summer, and the Pala Alpitour home to numerous musical events; both can be reached comfortably by walk.
In the neighborhood there are also shops of any kind and two large parks (Parco Rignon and Piazza d'Armi). In addition, the main city hospitals (Mauritian, Koelliker and City of Health) are also easily reachable.

- From Turin Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 268 to the stop "To - Corso Bolzano 42 (Porta Susa)". From here it is possible to reach the stop "Questura" (3 minutes walk) and take the tram n. 10 to the stop "Sevastopol", 4 minutes walk from the property.

- From Turin Porta Susa Station, it is possible to reach the "XVIII Dicembre" stop (4 minutes walk) and take tram n. 10 to the "Sebastopoli" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property.

- From Porta Nuova Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line M1 to the stop "Vinzaglio". From here it is possible to reach the stop "Vittorio Emanuele II" (2 minutes walk) and take tram n. 10 to the stop "Sevastopol", a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, the parking space is not included; however it is possible to park for free in the street (white stripes - NOT guaranteed); or for a fee at the Garage Quadrifoglio in Via Bainsizza 3/D/E (NOT guaranteed), 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
