Troiano's Spa Apartment - 10 min dal Colosseo

Comfortable apartment located on the raised ground floor of a period building, with six floors in total. There are 8 steps at the entrance.
In 50 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates two people with one bedroom.

Located in the historic center of Rome: a privileged position, close to the Colosseum and the metro, you can easily reach all the main places of interest in the capital on foot.

The internal space is divided into:

LIVING AREA. Kitchenette complete with 4 induction burners, traditional oven and microwave oven, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, moka, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. Dining area with table and chairs. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x190 m), two bedside tables with lamps, smart TV, two-seater sofa and chest of drawers. AC split.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Autonomous heating.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station via Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station, you can reach the apartment by line 714 to "Nervi / Palazzo Sport" stop, 4 minutes walk away.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the "Cinecittà" subway by 520 line then you can continue by subway to "Manzoni" stop, an 8-minute walk from the apartment

-From Rome Termini Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 714 to "Merulana / Labicana" stop, 4 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the Parkolosseum garage (4 minutes away on foot).

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
