Villa of about 90 sqm with veranda, able to accomodate up to 3 people. The property, located in a quiet area, boasts a wonderful panoramic courtyard with a view of Mount Inici and of the Scopello valley. Among the main attractions of the area, it is worth mentioning the Guidaloca Bay (3 km), the village of Scopello (4 km) and the Zingaro Reserve (6 km).
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a service bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofas, dining table and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, electric oven, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom (sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with a single bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- VERANDA with dining table and chairs;
- COURTYARD with bench, deckchairs and barbecue.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (split in the living room), washing machine (in the utility room), insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand and hairdryer.
Private parking space available in the courtyard of the property.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment can accommodate children; however, please pay attention to the presence of a series of flights of steps if you enter the property from the gate which is located on a passageway.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 between 22:00 and 24:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

As requested by the Municipality, upon arrival you will be asked to pay by cash the tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per night, for the first 6 nights only.

In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied.

In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of Monte Inici and the Scopello Valley. The property is located in Castellammare del Golfo, in the province of Trapani, famous throughout the world for its stacks. The village of Scopello is about 4 km away and near the property it is possible to find the "Tonnara", the Bay of Guidaloca and the entrance to the Zingaro nature reserve.
