Elegant and roomy apartment located in a very central position, equipped with elegant furnishings and exclusive paintings on the walls that make it the ideal location for a classy stay. The accommodation is located in an enviable position, just 300m from the Porta Nuova railway and metro station, and a stone's throw from all the points of interest in the city. The neighborhood is also equipped with the best shops, bars, restaurants and all the services for a comfortable stay.

The 75 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a period building with elevator (not suitable for the disabled) and is composed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM: with relaxation area, fireplace (cannot be used) and dining area.
- KITCHEN: has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
- BATHROOM: with shower box and bidet.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: air conditioning (1 split in the living room), TV, WIFI, fans, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.


Check-in will be carried out in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions closer to arrival.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to road works, there's a chance they'll make some noise during the day in the following time slot: 08:00 - 17:00

The apartment is located just a two minutes walk from the Porta Nuova station, the metro station, Via Roma and the city's shopping streets. Coming down from Arsenale you are just a few steps away from the shopping streets of Via Roma, Via Lagrange and 600 meters from the Egyptian Museum as well as from the main tourist attractions of the city. Not far from the San Salvario district, the multi-ethnic "movida" neighborhood, with craft shops, fashion and design shops, restaurants on every corner, cafes, pubs and clubs frequented by young people and tourists in the evening. Parco Valentino, with its medieval castle, is only a 15 minute walk from the house.

The house is well served by public transport. With the Metro you can reach: the Lingotto exhibition center, Eataly (a chain of high quality food supermarkets) and the '8 Gallery' (a shopping center with many restaurants and a multi-room cinema), the gallery of GAM art and Porta Susa train station.
All tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot from the house, and are concentrated in the historic center, which has many pedestrian areas (Via Lagrange, Via Carlo Alberto, Via Garibaldi, etc.).
For those who like to travel by bike, there is an efficient Bike-sharing system with a stop close to home.
If you travel by car you can park in the nearby car park in Piazza Carlo Felice.
Caselle airport is about 30 minutes from the apartment (16 Km). You can arrive with:
- Taxi: costs 30 euros.
- the SADEM Bus: connects the airport with the Porta Nuova station.
