Our tastefully furnished open space loft ideal for 4 people is located in a popular and multiethnic area of Turin, convenient to the center which can be reached in 15 minutes by tram. Parking on the street below the house is free! The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including: Wifi, TV, independent heating, equipped kitchen, washing machine, cot, fabulous view over the roofs of the city and the Alps. Perfect solution for short tourist or business stays in Turin!

Large open space of about 100 square meters is located on the fourth and the last floor of a characteristic period building with no lift.
LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, a stove (which however cannot be used) and the dining area
NIGHT AREA 1: with a comfortable quuen bed
NIGHT AREA 2: with two single puffs that can be joined for another queen bed
KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, hob, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (2 split - in the living zone and in the bedroom zone), independent heating, TV, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, a cot for babies.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The district where the house is located in is Barriera di Milano. The area arose as a working-class and proletarian village and is renowned for its market liveliness, among the various markets present it is worth noting that of Piazza Foroni.
The are also places of cultural interest are museums such as Lavazza and the one dedicated to the painter Ettore Fico; several green areas and street art works.
At 2 minutes you will find the Lidl supermarket, open every day until 21:00.
Near the house there are two large green spaces, in particular the Peccei park is suitable for children.
A 20-minute bus ride will take you to the historic center of Turin.

Easy to travel by car, because in this area there are no traffic restrictions (ZTL), easy to find parking, free parking.
Also easy to travel by public transport, there are 4 bus and tram lines with which to reach the center or the suburbs.
The closest bus stops are: 46, 50, 51 and 4. At 5 minutes on foot you can find the underground station of Rebaudengo Fossata, in fact if you arrive by train to Porta Susa you can get there in 3 minutes.
