Comfortable 55 sqm apartment on the 3rd floor of a building in the center of Turin with lift. The apartment is ideally located for getting around the city and served by all services, just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Castello and the Royal Gardens.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a small balcony.

The apartment is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with 4-burner gas hob, refrigerators, freezer, oven, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine and moka, juicer, toaster.

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: Heating, fan, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine hairdryer.

The accommodation is located in the Quadrilatero district, in the heart of the city, and taking a pleasant walk of a few minutes you can reach the most popular places of interest (Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Carignano, Piazza Vittorio, Museums and so on. ). In the immediate vicinity of the house there are pizzerias, shops, gardens and a playground for children, bus and taxi stops. The underground and the Porta Susa railway station are just 900 meters away and allow you to reach every part of the city. From the Porta Susa station, buses also depart and arrive in the direction of the airports (Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Bergamo Orio Al Serio, etc.).

- The airport is less than 50 minutes away by public transport.
Take the bus at the airport terminus to the To - C.So Bolzano 42 (P. Susa) stop.
Then walk for 13 minutes.

- From the Porta Nuova train station, take the M1 metro, covering four stops, to Metro XVIII December. Walk for 10 minutes.

- From the Porta Susa railway station you can reach it on foot with a walk of about ten minutes.

- Possibility of parking along the paid road, blue lines or paid parking in the Statuto Garage of Agostino Ierace, in via manzoni 3 about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
