Elegant apartment furnished with style and refinement, equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is located in an elegant building dating back to 1800, which boasts a pleasant view both inside the condominium garden and outside, with very suggestive glimpses of greenery. We are in the Borgo Po district, a stone's throw from the Gran Madre Church and 600m from Villa della Regina, in a quiet residential area equipped with every service and well connected to the center.

The 45 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, small dishwasher, electric kettle, small electric oven and microwave
- Living area with queen sofa bed
- Bedroom with queen bed, open wardrobe and TV
- Toilet with with access from the bedroom, equipped with wc, double sink, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival.

Borgo Po is a district that extends in the central eastern part of the city, between the river Po and the Turin hills. It is a quiet and green area, out of the bustle of the historic center but at the same time on the edge of it, thus boasting an ideal location for a pleasant and relaxing stay. There are numerous places of interest to visit, such as the wonderful church of the Gran Madre di Dio and the Monte dei Cappuccini. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Villa della Regina, a baroque jewel nestled in the hills of Turin, with its lush gardens.
The flat is located within walking distance of all points of interest, reachable on foot in less than ten minutes, and well connected to the center by public transport. All essential services are within walking distance, such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies, available within 300m from the apartment.

- From Porta Nuova Station: by bus line 61 with the final stop CARDINAL MAURIZIO, 200m from the flat
- From Porta Susa Station: by bus line 56 with the GRAN MADRE final stop, 400m from the flat
- From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi

The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking must be paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park at Vittorio Park, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto 14, 800m from the apartment.
