Comfortable apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with lift (not suitable for disabled people), can accommodate up to 4 people.
The property is within walking distance from Torino Porta Nuova Train Station and Valentino Park.
Well connected by public transport, the apartment becomes an excellent starting point to visit all the tourist attractions of the city.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA consisting of a KITCHENETTE (hob with 2 induction burners, fridge, freezer, oven, moka, electric kettle, toaster, manual juicer, kitchen utensils and wine glasses, dining table) and a LIVING AREA (TV 28", an armchair/single bed, an armchair);
- BEDROOM with double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, armchair, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: to reach the apartment on the fifth floor follow the SCALA A which is on the left of the entrance door and take the elevator. Exit the elevator go left, open the left iron door and walk down the balcony (in common). The apartment corresponds to number 17.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.

- From Porta Nuova Station the apartment can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

- From Caselle Airport you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi.

- If you are travelling by car: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. You can park for a fee in the street (blue stripes) or at the Parking Madama Cristina in Piazza Madama Cristina.
