Functional 35 sqm apartment, ideal for 2 people, on the 4th floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled - some steps to access it). The property is located in the "Parella" district, a very quiet area, full of services and well served by public transport (“Rivoli” underground stop is only 350 meters away). The beautiful "Parco della Tesoreria" is just 450 meters away, while in 15 minutes on foot it is possible to reach "Parco della Pellerina", the largest city park in Europe.

The inside is organized as follows:
- ENTRANCE and CORRIDOR with retractable KITCHENETTE (induction hob with two burners, mini fridge with freezer compartment, Lavazza coffee machine, moka, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, juicer and kitchenware) and retractable table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and 32-inch TV;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, fan, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Our guests will be able to collect the keys in our office in Corso Inghilterra 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00.

It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check-in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows:
- EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The apartment is located in the green and quiet "Parella" district, an area well equipped with all the main services and comforts. In just 4 minutes on foot it is possible to reach “Rivoli” underground stop. Near the property, it is possible to find the eighteenth-century baroque "Villa La Tesoriera" and its park: inside the park you will have the opportunity to admire the largest tree in the city of Turin, a plane tree with a trunk circumference of 660 cm.

Turin is a city rich in history, in artistic and architectural beauties. There are numerous museums, churches and attractions to visit. Even just wandering around the city, and the historic center in particular, is pleasant: the arcades, the streets, the buildings and the large squares show a city with a royal mold. Unmissable stops: the Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum, the Valentino park and the Medieval Village and Piazza San Carlo.
