Mole Antonelliana Cozy Apartment x5

Cozy 57 sqm apartment with a mezzanine, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The property is located within Vanchiglia district, a stone's throw from the historic center and some of Turin's main attractions: the Mole Antonelliana is only 500 meters away, while the Royal Palace is just over 15 minutes on foot.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN/LIVING with gas hob (4 burners), dining table for 6 people, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, combi microwave oven, kettle, toaster, juicer and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chests of drawers, TV and walk-in closet;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- MEZZANINE (access stairs from the kitchen) divided into two spaces with a double sofa bed and a single folding bed.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the kitchen/living room), central heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment can accommodate children; however, please, pay attention to the stairs to reach the mezzanine.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every 15 days (maximum) by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case, there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The "Vanchiglia" district is a very lively and quiet neighborhood at the same time. It houses craft shops and studios of artists and photographers, many shops dedicated to vintage clothing and furnishings and different kinds of restaurants. In the night, you don't need to take long walks to find some entertainment. Furthermore, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, a food market takes place in Piazza Santa Giulia.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes on foot from the Mole Antonelliana, in a central and strategic position to explore the city center and its monuments. Near the accommodation you will find all the essential services: from bus stops to supermarkets, from shops to ATMs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pastry shops.

Main distances:
- Mole Antonelliana / Cinema Museum: 5 minutes on foot;
- Egyptian Museum: 16 minutes on foot;
- Royal Palace: 16 minutes on foot;
- Parco del Valentino: 20 minutes on foot;
- Piazza San Carlo: 20 minutes on foot.

- Magorabin Restaurant (Italian restaurant) 1 minute on foot - 110 meters;
- Carrefour Express (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot - 150 meters;
- Caffetteria San Giorgio (bar): 2 minutes on foot - 210 meters.

- From Turin Caselle Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the SFMA train service to Turin Porta Susa station, where it is possible to take bus no. 13 from stop n. 27 (XVIII Dicembre, a 3-minute walk from the station) to “S. Ottavio " stop, a 6-minute walk from the accommodation.

- From Turin Porta Nuova Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 6 or 68 to stop n. 768 (Auditorium), a 7-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee near the property (blue lines). Alternatively, it is possible to park (for a fee) at Vittorio Park in Piazza Vittorio Veneto 14/G, an 8-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
