Comfortable 50 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people located on the second floor of a building without a lift. The accommodation is located in the Lingotto district, a historic industrial area near the Museum of Cars, the Lingotto shopping center and the Fiera. A few steps away is the metro stop leading to the city center and other bus lines. The apartment has a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, single sofa bed, dining table, TV, access to the balcony.
- KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, dining table, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, moka, split A/C.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, washing machine, bidet and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, A/C, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Lingotto is a famous district of Turin, famous for having hosted the first historic headquarters of the Fiat factories. After the abandonment of the factories in the 1980s, the district saw new enlargements and renovations, thanks above all to the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics. "Lingotto Fiere" was the first headquarters of Fiat, and renovated by the star architect Renzo Piano in 1985. Today it houses a congress center, an exhibition center and an auditorium, which host events of international importance, such as the famous Book Fair. On the roof of the building there is a car track, designed with the intention of making test laps with the cars. It is also characterized by many green areas such as the Living Art Park and the Di Vittorio Park. In the area pass several bus lines and the subway M1 with which you can easily reach the center of Turin.

- From Turin Caselle airport it is possible to take bus n. 268 at the airport terminus to the To - C.So Bolzano 42 (P. Susa) stop, to change to the M1 underground line to the "Spezia" stop and continue on foot for 4 minutes to the accommodation.
- From Porta Nuova station it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the M1 underground line to the "Spezia" stop and continue on foot for 4 minutes to the accommodation.
- From the Porta Susa railway station it is possible to take the M1 underground line to the "Spezia" stop and continue on foot for 4 minutes to the accommodation.
- If you are traveling by car, you can park for a fee (blue lines) along the road or for a fee in the Bacigalupo car park in Corso Spezia 44 open 24 hours.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
