Comfortable studio of 35 sqm, can accommodate up to 2 people, with private entrance in the heart of the Lingotto area and a few minutes from the hospital area, the Regina Margherita Hospital is 11 minutes walk.
The property is ideal for business and tourism trips, and also for study stays, the Politecnico di Torino Lingotto is a 4-minute walk.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table and TV 32";
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and coat stand;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermovalves, fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

We are close to the Hospitals Centro Traumatologico Ospedaliero (CTO), the Regina Margherita Children's Hospital and the Sant'Anna Obstetric Gynecological Hospital. Molinette Hospital is a 14-minute walk away.
The Lingotto District is home to the historic Fiat Auto factory indicated by the architect Le Corbusier as an example of industrial architecture. Today the building has been completely recovered and is the main exhibition center in Turin. It also houses the Agnelli Art Gallery, small but with paintings of great value.
In addition to the numerous restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, in the immediate vicinity is the 8 Gallery shopping center, equipped with 90 quality shops, but also numerous restaurants and snack bars open 7 days a week and the 11 theaters of the Multiplex Pathè cinema.
A few steps from home you can reach the first shop of Eataly, a supermarket of Italian quality food, inside there are fish restaurants, Piedmontese meat, craft beer, Italian pizza, ice cream and coffee.
It is possible to go shopping at the large market of Corso Spezia at 300 m. from home, in the various local shops and at the PAM supermarket at 8 Gallery open every day until 10pm.

- From Turin Airport,it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 268 to the stop "TO - Corso Bolzano 42 (Porta Susa)" (7 stops). From here it is possible to reach the stop "Torino Porta Susa" (a 3-minute walk) and take the metro to the stop "Spezia" (8 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Turin Porta Nuova station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line to the "Spezia" stop (5 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Porta Susa Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line to the "Spezia" stop (8 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park on the street for free (white stripes - NOT guaranteed); or it is possible to park for a fee at Lingotto Parking - Sector F in via Nizza 280/Bis (NOT guaranteed), 7 minutes walk from the property.
