Cozy and bright apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people and located in an excellent building of recent construction. The accommodation is located in the Aurora district, a quiet residential area equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: bars, supermarkets and all kinds of shops are a short distance away. The area is well connected to the center, reachable by a pleasant walk along the Dora river in 20 minutes or by public transport. Assigned parking space included!

The 56 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator: to reach it, it is necessary to climb some steps if you enter from the entrance, not present if you enter from the courtyard.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer, traditional and immersion blender, silicone baking trays, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with queen sofa bed and TV equipped with USB and HDMI sockets for connection to a PC or other devices
- Bedroom with queen bed, two stackable single beds, wardrobe and mirror table
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Two small terraces of 6 sqm each, with access respectively from the kitchen and the living room, the latter equipped with table and chairs x2

Parking space assigned in the condominium courtyard. ATTENTION: The parking is suitable for cars no longer than 4.8 meters (due to condominium rules)

Further facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating with boiler, two tower fans, washing machine, Netatmo air quality detector, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Also available are a camping cot, a portable changing table and a high chair for children.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

- From Porta Susa Station: bus line 10N with final stop CUNEO, 100 meters from the flat
- From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi
