Our cozy apartment tastefully furnished is able to accommodate up to 4 adults and is located in one of the most elegant areas of Turin, Crocetta. It is conveniently served by public transport, is near the railway stations, a stone's throw from the Polytechnic Univercity; shops, hypermarkets and markets - all within walking distance. The house is equipped with every comfort to make your stay ideal: unlimited WiFI, TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine.
Our comfortable 50 square mt apartment is located on the third and the top floor of a period building with no lift.
LIVING ROOM: with relaxation corner, queen sofa bed and TV
KITCHENETTE: with fridge, freezer, hob, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with a queen bed, desk and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have free unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the living room), fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, central heating, hot water boiler, a cot for babies, the balcony to relax in the outdoors.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
The district presents itself as a quiet and welcoming residential area equipped with all the services and comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. The Crocetta is one of the central districts of Turin and is considered by the Turinese the most prestigious residential area in the heart of the city. It was born at the end of the nineteenth century and in a few decades became the preferred district of the upper middle class, central but detached enough to be exclusive. Embellished with numerous beautiful Art Nouveau buildings and surrounded by tree-lined avenues, it is enriched by a beautiful green pedestrian area, overlooked by some villas of particular artistic interest: for this reason, the area was also the setting for television or cinema productions.
Two blocks away there is the Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours a day and pharmacy. Do not miss the nearby Crocetta market, a quality market where interesting typical purchases are possible, as well as a pleasant walk along the Alcide De Gasperi that leads to the aforementioned market area, full of clothing shops and characteristic bars.
About 10 minutes by bus (line 12 or 58, 64) or light metro (line 10) you can reach the 2 train stations Porta Nuova and Porta Susa respectively, while with 2 stops you reach the Politecnico. For those who like to travel on two-wheeled pedals there is a cycle path that connects us to the central area of the city. The bike sharing service (Obike, Mobike) and the latest MiMoto electric scooter sharing service are easily accessible.
The house is located outside the ZTL area and there are several paid parking lots nearby:
- Caboto garage, Via Caboto 52, the rate is 2 euros per hour / 10 euros per day
- Torricelli garage, Via Torricelli 37A, the rate is 10 euros per day.
