Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a period building.
The property is newly renovated and is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and a balcony.
The property is located in the Borgo Po district, in a central position, but at the same time in a quiet and reserved neighbourhood. Excellent starting point to visit Turin, a stone’s throw from Parco Valentino, La Gran Madre and the Villa della Regina.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, TV 42", split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, a cot with four sides, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing-dryer, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (split in the living room), two fans, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building.
Inside the apartments there will be two rooms NOT accessible to guests.
Hot water is supplied via a boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.

The keys for this property are located in a safety box on-site., the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Borgo Po - Gran Madre is a unique neighborhood of its kind. Area of ​​prestige, it is placed scenographically on the right bank of the Po, ideally closing the prospect of Piazza Vittorio Veneto and leading the city towards the green Turin hills.

Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in 30 minutes (19 Km).

- From Turin Porta Nuova Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 62 to the stop "Cardinal Maurizio", a 6-minute walk from the property.

- From Turin Porta Susa Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 56 to the stop of "Tonco", a 3-minute walk from the property.
