San Salvario Stylish and Cozy - near Porta Nuova

Comfortable apartment located in San Salvario, a young and multi-ethnic neighborhood full of young people and places to eat and have aperitifs. A few minutes walk from the historic center of Turin, Porta Nuova and the beautiful Valentino Park, just 2 minutes from the Metro Nizza stop. From the apartment you can easily reach the main city attractions and the streets of Turin nightlife.
Possibility of parking on blue stripes, paying a daily ticket of 10 euros.
Large and bright apartment, located on the ground floor of an historic building without elevator, able to accommodate up to 4 people. There are 5 steps to access the apartment.
★LIVING ROOM: with sofa bed and relax area, dining area and kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, coffee machine and electric kettle.
★ ROOM: with double bed and large wardrobe.
★ BATHROOM: with walk-in shower and bidet.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WIFI, heating with an electric heater, fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. The washing machine is in the laundry room, located in the basement.
The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- between 21.30 and 23.00: euro 25 - between 23.00 and 24.00: euro 30 - after 24.00: euro 40
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The district of San Salvario is served by numerous public transport lines and is surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and interesting trendy clubs.
A few meters from the apartment, in the characteristic Piazzetta Donatello, which also overlooks the Church of the Sacred Heart of Mary, there is the Casa del Quartiere, a space dedicated to social, cultural and entertainment activities. The Colosseum Theater is also very close, in Via Madama Cristina; a few meters further, the characteristic fruit and vegetable market takes place every morning.
Near the apartment there are also three supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours.
Neighboring are the Valentino Park, which houses the Medieval Village, a fascinating testimony of the Turin Exposition of 1884, and the Castello del Valentino, inside which the Faculty of Architecture is located.
The Lingotto Exhibition Center, home to many important events including the International Book Fair, is only five Metro stops away; the Molinette Hospital Complex is three stops away, the Porta Nuova train station at one stop.
From the Porta Nuova train station, just one underground stop away, you can easily reach many of the most important museums (Egyptian Museum, Cinema Museum, Museum of the Risorgimento, etc.), historic squares (Piazza S. Carlo, Piazza Castello, Piazza Carignano ecc.) palaces (Palazzo Reale, Palazzo Madama etc.), places of worship including the Duomo, which houses the Holy Shroud, theaters (Teatro Regio, Teatro Carignano, etc.), the Rai Auditorium.
And, to end the day well, you can choose one of the many restaurants, trattorias, delis or take-aways, and then throw yourself into the nightlife of the bars that animate the streets of the center and in particular the San Salvario district!
