Featuring a spacious terrace, the accommodation is in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Campo, in the heart of Siena's Traffic Restricted Area. Perfect for those seeking comfort and authenticity in one of Italy's most enchanting medieval cities.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dining table, moka, oven, microwave, immersion blender, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM III with a one-and-a-half size sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and dresser;
- EN-SUITE BATHROOM accessed from Bedroom I with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- TERRACE with dining table.

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, three portable fans, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

There is one step to access the terrace from both the living room and the kitchen.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 12am.

- Siena Station is 5.8 km from the apartment. The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (14 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus, which departs every 5 minutes from the station and reaches the city center in 5 minutes. The station is a 31-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, you can park at the paid parking lot "Motor parkoló SIENA," located about a 5-minute walk from the property.
