Cozy and bright 80sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, located on the seventh floor of a period building equipped with a lift (5/6 steps to access it). The apartment is located near the main square of the city and a few minutes from the boat station for the Cinque Terre. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

The interior space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, 2 single beds, table with chairs, armchair, TV, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, TV, fridge, two moka, washing machine, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE with barbecue and table with chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, a portable fan, clothesline, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Guests' access

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

Description of the area
The apartment is located a few steps from the center of La Spezia and a 7-minute walk from the cruise terminal. Less than a minute's walk away you will find the bus stop to easily reach the central station, but also Portovenere and the nearby villages.
In the immediate vicinity there are also bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries and retail shops, as well as two supermarkets. You can reach the historic city center in 9 minutes by public transport. The accommodation is located a stone's throw from Via Vittorio Veneto (the commercial heart of the city) and the quiet Via Ricciardi, which leads to Viale Italia (La Spezia's seafront). The apartment is located 550 meters from Piazza Europa (home to the cathedral and town hall), the gateway to the historic center and its lively nightlife.

Alternatively, it is possible to take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, from which it is possible to take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale station. Then, you need to reach the "Via Fiume Fs" stop where you take bus 5 to the "Asl Xxiv Maggio" stop, about a 3-minute walk from the property.
