Comfortable 50 sqm apartment with terrace, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - 15 steps to access it). The property is located in a quiet area of Taormina, just a 5-minute walk from Corso Umberto, the city's main street.
The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, kettle, oven, microwave and kitchenware), dining table, TV, double sofa bed and access to the terrace;
- TERRACE with table and chairs;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living area), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the centre with the buses of the Interbus company.
Please note: the historic centre of Taormina is a completly pedestrian area. For this reason, you will be required to leave your car in one of the car parks of the city. Lumbi Parking (available for a fee) is a 20-minute walk from the accommodation.
