Cozy loft of 60 square meters perfect for 4 people, located on the second floor of a period building without elevator, located in the heart of Taormina.
The Greek Theater, the Castle, Naumachie and Villa Comunale Park - all the beauties of this splendid town are just nearby! The house is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, equipped kitchen and washing machine.

The inside is organized as follows:
LIVING/DINING AREA: living area with sitting area and fireplace. Direct access to a splendid balcony equipped with tables and chairs overlooking both the sea and the city
BEDROOM: located on the mezzanine level and equipped with a queen bed and two single beds
BATHROOM: with shower, WC and bidet
KITCHEN: with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Moka pot, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. There is also a small kitchenette on the balcony
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: A/C (1 split in the living area), TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer
Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

The area where our apartment is located is convenient to visit Taormina on foot, being very close to the main street (Corso Umberto). You will get there by walking up a small staircase and you will be immediately struck by the beauty of the town. The property is also very close to the cable car station, which will take you to Isola Bella. A swim in that sea is a must in the summer months. Very close to the property it is possible to find the Ancient Greek-Roman Theater, nice to visit during the day and fantastic to exploit in the summer evenings thanks to the many shows and performaces that take place there.

- Gardens of the Villa Comunale: 13 minutes on foot;

From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Taormina by:
- Bus of the Interbus company to Taormina.
- AMT Alibus to Catania station, where you can take the regional train to Taormina train station.
- Taxi from the airport (about 50 minutes).
From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the center with the buses of the Interbus company.
The apartment is located 300 meters from the pedestrian street and the entire historic center of Taormina is closed to traffic: consequently, you will have to leave your car in one of the three main car parks in the city. The closest is "Porta Catania", an 8-minute walk from the property.
