Beautiful 130 sqm apartment on the third floor of a period building with no lift. Bright and quiet despite our central position, our apartment features a panoramic balcony and Sicilian-style furnishings.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LARGE LIVING ROOM with sofa and armchairs;
- KITCHEN with kitchenware, hob, microwave oven, gas oven, washing machine, moka, freezer, fully functional refrigerator from the 1950s and dining table;
- THREE DOUBLE BEDROOMS;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower and bathtub;
- TWO BALCONIES with a view;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: A / C with heat pumps, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV and drying rack.

The terracce on the last floor CANNOT be used.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

Taormina is considered one of the pearls of the Mediterranean and it is wonderful to go into all its streets, squares, characteristic corners and historic buildings. It will enchant you!
We are very close to Corso Umberto I°, the main street of the city: a picturesque place where to go shopping and discover local hidden corners. The street begins and ends with the city's ancient gates: "Porta Messina" on the north and "Porta Catania" on the south.
Close to our apartment, you will find small grocery stores, the municipal covered market, a hardware store, banks, bars, restaurants, pastry shops, artisan ice cream shops, souvenir shops and clothing. Outside Porta Catania there is a post office and a supermarket (Punto Simply).
Only 6 minutes from the cable car station on Via Pirandello, which leads to the beaches of Isola Bella and Mazzarò.

- Ancient Theater: 3 minutes on foot;
- Gardens of the Villa Comunale: 4 minutes on foot;
- Cable car: 6 minutes on foot;
- Cathedral: 13 minutes on foot;
- Castle: 23 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by car;
- Giardini Naxos: 10 minutes by car.

- Arte Mediterranea Café (bar): 1 minute on foot;
- I Giardini di Babilonia (restaurant): 1 minute on foot;
- Alimentari "Da Nina" (grocery store): 3 minutes on foot.

Taormina’s historic centre is closed to traffic, so you have to leave your car in one of the city's car parks. The nearest one to our apartment is "Lumbi parking", with reasonable weekly and monthly prices. Lumbi Parking offers a free shuttle bus service to the centre of Taormina. It runs:
- from Sunday to Friday from 7:00 am (first ride from the parking) to 0:50 am (last ride from Piazza San Pancrazio).
- on Saturday from 7.00 am (first ride from the parking) to 1:50 am (last ride from Piazza San Pancrazio).
The nearest stop to our apartment is only 250 metres away.

From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Taormina by:
- Bus of the Interbus company to Taormina.
- AMT Alibus to Catania station, where you can take the regional train to Taormina train station.
- Taxi from the airport (about 55 minutes).

From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the center with the buses of the Interbus company.

Taormina is well connected with all the most beautiful destinations in Sicily (the Valley of the Temples, Syracuse, Palermo, Piazza Ermerina, Mount Etna, etc.), also through numerous organized trips.

It is also possible to reach on foot, with a long walk, or by urban bus the near town of Castelmola with a panoramic view of Taormina, where it is possible to taste the delicious almond wine (we recommend to stop at the characteristic "Bar Turrisi", for very ironic people).
