Roomy and cozy 90 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, organized on two levels with entrance on the ground floor of a period building (1 step to access it). The property is located in the pretty area of Giardini Naxos, just a two-minute walk from the beach. Taormina and its treasures are only 2 km away.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an external patio.

The space is organized as follows:
-> GROUND FLOOR:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed, refrigerator with freezer and smart TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.

-> -1 FLOOR:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smart TV;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- PATIO (access from the two bedrooms) with outdoor table, chairs and sofas.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (split in the living room), two fans (in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation can accommodate children; however, please pay attention to the stairs (marble steps) between the ground floor and the -1 floor.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.

The apartment is located in Villagonia, a few steps from the sea and the main services, including bars, minimarket, baker, delicatessen, restaurants and pharmacy.
Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater) is not to be missed, as well as the Cathedral and the Castle. In addition, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto will be unmissable destinations during your stay.

Main points of interest:
- Beach: 2 minutes on foot;
- Giardini Naxos (Schisò): 5 minutes by car (2 km);
- Taormina: 10 minutes by car (5 km).

- Il Porticciolo Restaurant (fish restaurant): 1 minute on foot (110 meters);
- Caffè Cavallaro (bar): 2 minutes on foot (170 meters);
- Minimarket/Grocery store: 2 minutes on foot (170 meters);
- Giarrizzo Pharmacy: 8 minutes on foot (700 meters).

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are paid parking lots (blue lines) near the building.

- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train from the airport to Taormina-Giardini station, an 8-minute walk from the property.
