Schisò Cozy Studio a few steps from the Beach

Cozy 25 sqm studio with balcony, ideal for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - several steps to access it).
The property, just 50 meters from the sea, is located in Schisò, a hamlet of Giardini Naxos, a seaside area rich in points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike.
The accommodation has a living/sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with outdoor table.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 2 burners, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware) and dining table for two people;
- SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, TV and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning and heating through split, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Paid street parking available near the property (promenade and adjacent streets).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

Near the accommodation, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and parapharmacies.
Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the town of Giardini di Naxos itself are unmissable destinations during your stay.

- Castle of Schisò and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 2 minutes on foot;
- Statue of Nike: 8 minutes on foot;
- Taormina (13 km): 20 minutes by car.

- Naxos Market (grocery store): 1 minute on foot;
- Sabbie D'Oro Restaurant: 1 minute on foot;
- Italianicius Lounge Bar: 3 minutes on foot.

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport).

- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1h15 and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop at Taormina/Giardini Naxos station, about3 km from the property.
