Cozy Apartment near the Historic Center

Cozy and modern 45 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a period building without lift. The property is located 150 meters from the pedestrian area of ​​Taormina, which coincides with its wonderful historic center, and is only a 10-minute walk from Duomo.
The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and three balconies.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 2 burners, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and kitchenware), dining table, TV, double sofa bed and access to the larger balcony and to the smaller one;
- BALCONY;
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to a small balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living area and in the bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, safe and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

The cable car is only 5 minutes away on foot, with which it is possible to reach the beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella in just 3 minutes.

From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the centre with the buses of the Interbus company.

Please note: the historic centre of Taormina is a completly pedestrian area. For this reason, you will be required to leave your car in one of the car parks of the city. Lumbi Parking (available for a fee) is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
