The apartment is located in the Sondrio district, in the north-east of Milan, a short distance from the historic center of the city.
One of the distinctive characteristics of Sondrio is its strategic position, which makes it easily accessible from different parts of Milan. The neighborhood is served by several public transport lines, including the metro (line 3, Sondrio stop), buses and trams, which allow you to quickly reach the center and other areas of the city.
Sondrio is characterized by a mixture of residential buildings from different eras, ranging from elegant period buildings to more modern constructions. The streets are generally quiet and pleasant to walk, with wide pavements and pedestrian areas.
The neighborhood offers a good selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, which meet the daily needs of residents. Furthermore, the presence of parks and green areas, such as the Garden of Via Francesco Daverio, allows you to enjoy outdoor spaces and practice sports or simply relax.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Central station, from where you need to walk to the "Piazza Duca D'Aosta" stop and take bus no. 81 and then get off at the "Via Gioia Via Cagliero" stop, just a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From the Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the Yellow metro line (M3) and getting off at the "Sondrio" stop, just an 8-minute walk from the property.
