Elegant and comfortable 107sqm apartment located on the 1st floor (without lift) of a characteristic period building that still retains its peculiar features, in an elegant setting in the heart of Ortigia (historic centre). Perfect for big groups, our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people!
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a wonderful terrace with outdoor forniture.

The inside is oganized as follows:
- LIVING AREA: large and comfortable living room with a sitting area and a sofa, a dining area and a kitchen;
- KITCHEN: fully equipped with a fridge, stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM 1: double bed;
- BEDROOM 2: two single beds;
- BATHROOM 1 & 2: two bathrooms with shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Splendid terrace with parasol, deck chairs, table and chairs.
Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in every room, iron and ironing board, drying rack, TV.
PLEASE NOTE: due to steps, the apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 4.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are happy to organize early check-in when there are no other guests leaving the apartment on that same day; however, it will not be possible to arrange late check-out. If you need assistance for luggage storage, we can recommend you an affiliated structure.
All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
From 15:00 to 19:00, check-in will take place in presence.
After 19:00, self check-in will take place (free of charge). Further instructions will be provided a few days before your arrival.
Alternatively, after 19:00 check-in in presence will also be available upon request and with a supplement to be paid in cash on arrival, as follows:
EUR 25 from 19:00 to 23:00;
EUR 30 from 23:00 and 00:00;
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30.
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even by paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The apartment is located on the island of Ortigia, a labyrinth of romantic alleys and refined squares, the quintessence of Syracuse. Along with its narrow streets, there are splendid buildings and lively restaurants and cafes, while the central square, Piazza del Duomo, is one of the most spectacular in all of Sicily.
The tiny peninsula is framed by enchanting houses and walls overlooking the sea; in summer you can swim off the rocks and all year round you can admire breathtaking views. If you want to get away from the crowds of tourists, explore the hidden corners of the old Jewish ghetto, the "Giudecca".
The area, being almost completely in a restricted traffic area, can be easily visited on foot.
In the district, you will find many services: bank, post office, mini market, restaurants, bars, shops and much more.

Near the apartment, it is possible to find "Mastrarua" electric minibus stop (one run every 30 minutes, from 8:00 to 20:00, one-way price of 1 euro) which allows you to reach some of the main points of interest in the city:
- The Sanctuary of the Madonnina delle Lacrime;
- The Paolo Orsi museum;
- The Archaeological Park of Neapolis
- The Fonte Aretusa;
- The Castle of Maniace;
- The bus and train station.
The main towns of Sicily can be reached by Interbus coaches from the central station (via Rubino), from where the shuttles to Catania-Fontanarossa airport also depart (approximately 1 hour journey).
- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where you can take the regional train to Syracuse station, less than 20 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, from the airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.
- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 20 minutes or by taking the minibus.
- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: The nearest parking lot is 450m away from the apartment and it’s called “Talete”. It’s open 24/7 at convenient fares:
