The accommodation consists of living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three balconies.

- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM II with bath, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.

The area is well served by public transport, thanks to which it is possible to reach the center and all the main attractions in about 10 minutes, such as Piazza del Campo, the Duomo, the Baptistery, the Palazzo Pubblico, the Torre del Mangia and the National Art Gallery.
In the surroundings of Siena, it is worth getting lost in the areas of Chianti, Val D'Elsa and the Crete Senesi, among gastronomic delicacies and extraordinary landscapes.
