Ideal starting point for exploring Sanremo!
The space
Apartment of about 67 square meters is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (there are several steps to access), all the rooms have large French windows which, in addition to making them very bright, give access to the large terrace of about 30 square meters

The internal space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, queen sofa bed, dining area and TV;
KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils;
TERRACE furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs;
BEDROOM with a queen bed and wardrobe;
BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split - in the bedroom and in the living room), independent heating with heat pumps, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th
