Cozy mountain apartment located in Chiusaforte, a hamlet of Sella Nevea (20 min drive from Tarvisio), a town nestled between Monte Canin and Monte Montasio, renowned both in winter and in summer for its ski facilities and enchanting natural landscapes.
The accommodation is located 600 m walk from the Adventure Park and 400 m from the Centro Polifunzionale, in a residence whose bar offers the possibility to rent winter equipment.
The 37 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, but it is necessary to climb some steps to reach it.
ATTENTION: it is necessary to climb a small step to access the shower.
The internal space is divided as follows:
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, press-filter coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with bunk bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower and washer dryer;
- BALCONY with table and chairs overlooking the communal garden;
- CELLAR AREA for storing ski equipment (door n. 85).
Additional services available to guests: central heating, hairdryer, unlimited wifi, electric convector, iron and ironing board. Plus toolbox and first aid kit.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

In winter, this beautiful resort offers many alternatives, being a cross-border connection between the Sella Nevea ski area with the Slovenian one of Bovec, it guarantees 30 km of slopes perfect for hiking among the snow-covered paths and other activities. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, we recommend the areas of Tarvisio (20 km) and Pontebba (30 km).
In summer, moreover, the attractions are many and the mountains are a destination for mountaineering expeditions, trekking, mountain biking and caving.
Sella Nevea, thanks to the tranquility of the place and the presence of the Multifunctional Center, is perfect for families, guaranteeing relaxation and fun-filled activities.
The nearest supermarket and butcher are in Chiusaforte (18 KM from Sella Nevea) or in Tarvisio (16 KM). At the Multifunctional Center (400 m from the accommodation) you will find only basic necessities (such as bread, milk and pasta), while at the Julia Refuge you can buy typical local products (such as Montasio malga cheese, salami, honey, sauces and apples).
- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (195 km - 2 hours and 14).
- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Carnia station, from which it is possible to reach the accommodation thanks to bus line 200 with stop "CHIUSAFORTE piazza Pieroni (town hall)" from which you will have to continue with line 191 "RACCOLANA via Val Raccolana 4 (direction Sella Nevea)" to the stop "SELLA NEVEA via Friuli (front 2, refuge Julia Division) ", a 4-minute walk from the property.
- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by car (1 hour and 14 min - 84 km) via the A23.
- If you are traveling by car, to get to Sella Nevea you can take the E70 and A23 from Venice or Trieste; from here the road to reach your destination is the SS13, towards the SP76 in Chiusaforte.
Possibility to leave the car for free in the parking lot in front of the structure (NOT guaranteed).
