Cozy 40 mq apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located in the center of Polignano. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, including a furnished terrace. The strong point of the property is the location, in an area full of all services and very popular, especially during the holidays. The apartment is 550 meters from the most famous rocky ridge of the town, the Lama Monachile and just 50 meters from the two most famous balconies overlooking the sea in Polignano.

The 40 sqm apartment has an independent entrance on the first floor (stairs to access it) and is divided on 3 levels separated by several flights of stairs: pay attention if you are traveling with children.

**1st LEVEL**

- BATHROOM with shower box and WC

**2nd LEVEL**
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle and kitchen utensils

**3rd LEVEL**
- TERRACE with a table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, air conditioning with split (one in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: to reach the entrance of the apartment you need to walk a flight of stairs, pay attention to the last two high steps.
The accommodation is divided into 3 levels separated by several flights of stairs.

The fireplace with barbecue in the living room is only furniture - It is NOT possible to use it.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to EUR 1 per person, applies up to a maximum of 6 consecutive.
For the periods from 01 January to 31 March and from 01 November to 31 December, the tax is reduced to 50 cents.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Polignano a Mare Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Polignano a Mare is considered one of the most beautiful villages in the whole Apulia. Among the main attractions, it is worh mentiong:
- Lama Monachile (7 minutes on foot from the flat), the famous and amazing cove between two rock walls overlooking the sea;
- the statue dedicated to the famous and unforgotten Italian singer Domenico Modugno (9 minutes on foot from the property), a native of Polignano, located along the homonymous promenade. Just behind the statue, there is a staircase at the end of which you can access natural terrace; from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Cala Monachile, the cliff and the old town with its white houses overlooking the sea;
- not to be missed, the many sea caves, which can be visited with boat trips lasting about two hours and which often also include a swim break during the summer.

- Diplomatico (Bar): 1 minute on foot;
- Meraviglioso Osteria Moderna (Apulian seafood restaurant with sea view): 10 minutes on foot;
- Polignano Terra Mia Shop & Beverage (grocery): 1 minute on foot.

The apartment is located in the center of Polignano and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free in the train station car park, 1 Km from the flat.
Alternatively, it is possible to park at Polignano Central Parking, 700 metres from the property.

Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport is 1 hour and 17 minutes away by public transport.
You have to take the shuttle to Bari Centrale, from where it is possible to take the regional train direction "Fasano" to the stop of "Polignano a Mare" (6 stops), 9 minutes on foot from the apartment.
