Our studio is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, in the most beautiful area of Sanremo. With a small terrace with sea view and free unassigned condominium parking, (subject to availability) the apartment is waiting for you in the city of flowers, 700 meters from the Casino and a 15-minute walk from the Ariston Theater. We are in Sanremo in the Imperatrice area, a few steps from the cycle path and the sea. Excellent starting point to spend a wonderful holiday in the Ligurian Riviera!

Comfortable studio of about 23 square meters is situated on the ground floor of an elegant building with elevator and concierge, located very close to the sea. There are several beaches nearby, reachable by a stairway or a pedestrian lane that leads in 5 minutes to the "Passeggiata Imperatrice" and the city center.
Internally, the house consists of a SLEEPING/LIVING AREA with two sofa beds and a dining area.
KITCHEN fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, electric kettle, pressure cooker, dishes, glasses, cutlery and moka.
BATHROOM with shower and bidet.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: air conditioning, TV, heat pump, iron, hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels provided on arrival. Any additional linen change / cleaning is available on request and for a fee.

Free condominium parking upon availability. The building has two entrances, from the secondary entrance you can enter the building without making the stairs.

For all late check-ins we require a supplement as per the following:

EUR 15 for arrivals between 21:30 and 23:00,
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

Early check-in (before 14am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day, and can therefore be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival, as provided by Italian law.
