This comfortable 75sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor (without elevator) of a characteristic building inside the city center Restricted Traffic Area, few steps away from San Giuliano Curch.
Ideally located, you can visit the Duomo, the historic city center and all the main points of interest in the city on foot!
Paid parking chance in the street for a fee (blue stripes).

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe.
-LIVING AREA: sofa bed, split A/C, dining table, TV, small table with two chairs.
- KITCHEN: induction hob, fridge, A/C split, dishwasher, electric oven coffee machine and kettle.
-BATHROOM: Shower, toilet and bidet.

-OTHER SERVICES: wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: you can enter the courtyard only for loading/unloading your car. It is not possible to park cycles or motorcycles in the courtyard.

The apartment is at the exclusive guests' disposal for their entire stay!

The apartment is located in Catania city center, just a few minutes walk from San Giuliano Church, a district renowned for its Baroque-style buildings. In a few minutes on foot you can easily reach all the main points of interest in the area: Piazza Duomo and Sant'Agata Cathedral, the historic street market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the opera house Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you will come across many bars, restaurants and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of Sicilia region, known throughout Italy and the world.
In the neighborhood you can easily find all the comforts you need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. A few steps away is Via Etnea, a renowned shopping street in the city center.

-From the airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by Alibus transport with stop in via Dusmet, 5 minutes walking distance (450m) away from the apartment.
Alternatively you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 15 minutes).

- From the train station you can reach the apartment via public transportations lines: 2-5 / 429 / 449 / 534 / 536 / 927 to Corso Sicilia 12 stop, 5 minutes walk away (400m) from the building.

In a few minutes walk you can find the following public transportation lines stops: 2-5 / 429 / 449 / 503 / 504M / 534 / 536 / 902 / 927.

-If you're travelling by car: The apartment is located in the city center Restricted Traffic Area, it is only accessible for loading/unloading your car. There's paid parking chance in the street for a fee (blue stripes).
Alternatively you can park in via Plebiscito 899 autoparking or in via Paterò at Sostare srl, both 5 - 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you in advance to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.

Guests ID must be shown upon arrival as required by the Italian law.
City tax must be payed cash upon arrival based on guests number and nights of stay.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and a supplement is required as follows:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
It is not possible to organize check-ins after 00:00.
