Comfortable apartment with a small terrace that can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a very central area, just 1 minute from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The flat is also located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center and the seafront, in an area equipped with all the essential services including bar, pharmacy and food. The train station is a 9-minute walk away, while the ferry port, with links to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia, is just 300 meters away.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (there are 15 steps to access it) and is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and moka
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box
- TERRACE with table and 2 chairs.

Further facilities available to guests: unlimited wifi, A / C, independent heating, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Salerno a few steps from the seafront and just 9 minutes walk from the Central Station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars. .
Reaching the center on foot or by public transport, it is possible to admire the medieval historic center still intact, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de 'Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a noble residence of the seventeenth century that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale di Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa is transformed into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Naples airport: with the flixbus line you can reach the apartment in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, getting off at the central station, 700 m from the accommodation.

- From Salerno Centrale railway station: on foot in about 9 minutes (700 m).

- By car: on-street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the nearby garages.

Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival, as provided by Italian law.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Salerno. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
