Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 20 and till 22:30. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Access to the apartment via SELF CHECK-IN with key-box: it is possible to retrieve the keys at the address where the key-box is located in Via De Gasperi 43, Cesana Brianza (about 1km from the house).

The lake of Pusiano located in the hills of Brianza is an ideal destination for walks in all seasons.
In the lake there is a small island, called the "Island of cypresses" which houses a private villa surrounded by well-kept vegetation and surprising fauna: squirrels, swans, ducks and kangaroos. The island can be visited on some occasions, by reservation, and can be reached by boat departing from the Bosisio pier.
In the town of Bosisio Parini the shore of the lake is equipped with a beautiful walkway that allows relaxing walks.

The bus stop towards Como/Lecco is located nearby the house (bus top Pusiano-Cimitero).
Erba railway station is 4 km away.

If you are travelling by car within the property you will find a free uncovered parking space in the car park inside the apartment block, suitable for both small cars and SUVs.
