Located on the second floor, without a lift, of a building in the heart of Trastevere, the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the main points of interest in the city both on foot or by public transportation. The apartment is located within the Restricted Traffic Area, active from 6.30AM to 10.00AM, and it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes).

The property is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed (1,60m x 1,90m) and wardrobe;
-LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (1,40m x 1,90m), Smart TV, armchair, split A/C, access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob (2 burners), dining table with chairs, fridge and freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, combined microwave oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-MEZZANINE with small relaxation area;
-BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet;
-BALCONY with washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, independent heating, clothes horse, air conditioning (single room), desk with chair, soundproofed windows, hair dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Please pay particular attention to the stairs inside the apartment, necessary to access the mezzanine.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

- From Fiumicino "Leonardo Da Vinci" FCO airport, you can take the FL1 train towards Fara Sabina-Montelibretti and get off at the Roma-Ostiense stop. From Ostiense station take bus 280 and get off at Piazza Monte Savello stop. Then walk about 500 meters towards Via dei Genovesi. Travel time about 1 hour.

-From Ciampino airport take the FL4 train towards Rome Termini and get off at the Termini stop. From Termini stop take the H bus towards Dei Capasso and get off at Sonnino / s. Gallicano. Proceed on Lungotevere Raffaello Sanzio and then turn left to Piazza Trilussa. Finally walk towards Via dei Genovesi. Travel time about 1 hour.

If you're travelling by car please pay attention. The apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area active from 6.30AM to 10.00AM. It is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at Piazza della Bocca della Verità (10 minutes on foot) or at the Garage Trastevere (10 minutes on foot).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
