Cozy and comfortable 70 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth floor with lift (not suitable for the disabled) of a renovated period building. The property is located whitin the characteristic Testaccio district, few steps away from Lungotevere and a 15-minute walk from the Circo Massimo
It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) or at the Muoviamo car park in via Galvani 57, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), split A/C, TV and walk-in closet
-LIVING AREA: sofa bed (1.40m X 1.90m), split A/C, smart TV and dining table
-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner hob, refrigerator, electric fan oven, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, combined microwave, kettle, toaster, steamer, blender, high chair.
-BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet (there is a step inside)

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, shared heating, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in Testaccio, a historic district in the center of Rome that has maintained its popular spirit over time. It is located on the slopes of the Aventine, on the left bank of the Tiber not far from the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums. It is a lively neighborhood, full of trattorias, pizzerias, wineries, restaurants, bars and night clubs. A few steps from the apartment it is also possible to find the historic and picturesque Testaccio local market, open every day. Underground Line 2 Piramide stop (2 stops to the Colosseum), Ostiense Station and the train to Ostia Lido are a short distance from the property, in Piazza della Piramide.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:

- Circo Massimo: 15 minutes on foot;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 15 minutes by public transportation;
- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transportation;

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Trastevere stop, just over 15 minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, once at Roma Trastevere station, it is possible to take bus 718 or 775 from "Rolli/Castaldi" stop (3 minutes on foot from the station) to "Galvani/Ginori" stop, 4 minutes on foot from the accommodation .

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, where it is possible to take bus n. 170 to "Branca" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property or the underground (LINE B) to "Piramide" stop, just over 10 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
