Roomy and elegant 120 sqm apartment, able to accommodate 6 people, located on the ground floor and 1st floor of a renovated period building (NO lift). The property is located within the Esquilino district, a few steps from Termini Station. The strategic location of the accommodation will allow you to quickly reach the main attractions of the city on foot or by public transport.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:
-> GROUND FLOOR with entrance and closet.

-> FIRST FLOOR:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, two sofas and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, armchair, clothes stand and EN SUITE BATHROOM (with shower, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with double bed and desk;
- BEDROOM III with single bed and bedside table;
- BEDROOM IV with single bed, desk and wardrobe;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited pocket wifi, 4 fans (one in each bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack, soundproof windows and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there are internal stairs to access the first floor and further steps inside the apartment.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€3.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

The apartment is located in the Esquilino district, in an area full of services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy), and is well connected to all the main areas of the city thanks to the various public transport hubs (underground and surface public transport) located in front of Termini Station, which is only a 3-minute walk from the accomodation.

- Spanish Steps: 10 minutes by public transport;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 13 minutes by public transport;

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini Station, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment in 3 minutes on foot.

- If you are travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). Street parking is available (for a fee) around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Parkin' Station garage (Termini Station), a 3-minute walk from the station, open 24h a day.
