Cozy apartment of 90 sqm, can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is located in an area well connected by public transport, the metro line B "Piramide" is 350 meters away and Roma Ostiense Station is in front of the accomodation.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, small dining table, electric kettle, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, communal heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room, a split in the bedroom I and a split in the bedroom II), fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator NOT suitable for disabled people (10 steps to access).
The shower tray in bathroom II is raised.
Hot water is supplied via a gas boiler.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the Piramide area, full of all services and well connected by public transport. Roma Ostiense Station is opposite the accomodation and the metro stop B "Piramide" is 350 meters from the accommodation.
The property thus becomes an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of the Eternal City: within easy reach are the historic Testaccio district, known for the picturesque local market of Testaccio; the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums.

Among the main points of interest are:
- Circus Maximus: 11 minutes by public transport;
- Colosseo and Fori Imperiali: 12 minutes by public transport;

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
