Bright and roomy 120 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the fourth floor of a late 19th century building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people; 3 steps to access it). The property is located in the Esquilino district, one of the most central and lively districts of the city, a few steps from Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza Vittorio and Termini Station.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, double sofa bed and TV;
- DINING ROOM with bookcase, armchair and dining table;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower (raised), sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedrooms), fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: there are some internal steps: one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom with the tub and one in one of the bedrooms.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Termini station and Piazza Vittorio.
Since the Umbertine era of the late nineteenth century, the district has retained its elegant and slightly austere architecture, now enlivened by ethnic shops and the market. Art lovers can choose between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, the National Roman Museum and, in Colle Oppio, the Domus Aurea. Going down Via Cavour, it is possible to easily reach the fascinating district of Monti. Once popular and dilapidated, today it is a place to discover, consisting of narrow medieval streets and hidden taverns, alternative shops and trendy bars. Termini Station is a 7-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to use the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 7 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
