Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is located in the San Giovanni area, about 15 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica and the metro station A and C, ideal for getting around the city. The apartment is the perfect solution to stay in the city center staying in a quiet area and away from the chaos.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, minipimer, wine glasses and cooking utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and fan;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, communal heating, air conditioning (a split in both rooms), fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and board from stari.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building.
Hot water is supplied via an electric boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

- From Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the regional train to Rome Termini Station, where it is possible to take the underground (Line A) to "San Giovanni" stop (3 stops ), about 15 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), where it is possible to take the underground (line A) to "San Giovanni" stop (11 stops), about 15 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by underground (line A) to “San Giovanni” stop, about 15 minutes on foot from the accomodation.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). Street parking is available (for a fee) near the property; alternatively, it is possible to park (for a fee) at Garage Cirulli in via Gallia, 2 minutes on foot from the property.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
