Cozy one bedroom apartment of about 55 sqm located on the ground floor of a building that can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for visiting the wonders of the Eternal City! Just 100 meters far there is the stop of several urban bus lines, 250m from the "Vittorio Emanuele" stop of the metro A line heading to Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese and the Vatican Museums and 200m far from "Cavour" stop of line B heading to the EUR district! Cafès, supermarkets and other facilities very close!
The internal space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA: Living room with full size sofa bed, dining table, and TV.
A few steps lead to the kitchenette.
KITCHEN: induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster.
Three more steps lead to the double bedroom.
BEDROOM: double bed and wardrobe. AC split.
BATHROOM (inside the bedroom): shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.
