The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, ideal for visiting the main tourist attractions in complete comfort: Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.The property is located within the Restricted Traffic Area, it is possible to park, for a fee, at the Trevi Garage, a 7-minutes away on foot.

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1,40m X 1,90m), dining table, split A/C and heating by heat pump;
- KITCHEN with small dining room (dining table with chairs and TV) equipped with gas hob (4 burners), fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating via heat pump (living room and bedroom).

ATTENTION: To access the apartment you have to take the stairs and two steps.

PLEASE NOTE: For the management of hot water there is a 80 liter electric boiler, possible waiting for the refill of the water.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

The apartment is located whitin the heart of Rome, in Campo Marzio area, a few steps away from ​​Largo di Torre Argentina archaeological area, a place renowned for being the backdrop of emperor Julius Caesar kill. In 6 minutes on foot you can reach the Pantheon and Piazza Venezia while, in less than 10 minutes, you can reach Piazza Navona.
The area is well connected and is the ideal starting point for visiting the main points of interest of the Eternal City comfortably on foot or by public transportation.

If you're travelling by car, please note that the apartment is located within the Historic Center Restricted Traffic Area and it's really hard to find a parking slot in the streets. It is possible to park, for a fee, at Trevi garage, 7 minutes away on foot.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
