Elegant 90 sqm apartment, very quiet, that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the ground floor of a period building without a lift. The property, is located within the Restricted Traffic Area, in the heart of the historic center of Rome: the renowned and characteristic Monti district, about 10 minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Venezia and a few minutes from the Colosseum. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the "Cavour" Metro B stop.

The accommodation, very comfortable and finely furnished with classic and modern elements, is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), wardrobe, chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM (2) with single bed (0.80m X 1.90m), desk and chair, wardrobe;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.40m X 1.90m), Smart TV, sofa, dining table with chairs, desk with chair;
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), fridge and freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with bathtub, bidet and wc;
-BATHROOM SERVICE.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hot water.

PLEASE NOTE: Please note the presence of some steps inside the apartment (at the entrance and to access the bathrooms).

ATTENTION: NO A/C (the apartment walls are very thick, the temperature doesn't rise too much on warm days)

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating districts of the city, chosen as the backdrop for Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita" as a symbol of Romanism in the world. In a few minutes on foot, it is possible to reach some of the main attractions of the city, as well as Roma Termini station and “Repubblica” underground stop (line A). The area is equipped with all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore: 8 minutes on foot;
- Trevi Fountain: 12 minutes on foot;
- Piazza di Spagna: 15 minutes on foot;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 15 minutes on foot;
- St. Peter's Square (Basilica and Vatican Museums): 25 minutes by public transport.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the regional train to Rome Termini Station, less than 15 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which it is possible to take the underground (line A) to "Repubblica" stop (15 stops), a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 15 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL). Street parking is available near the property (for a fee). Alternatively, it is possible to park, always for a fee, at Europarking garage in Via Napoli 66, a 8-minute walk from the property.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
