Apartment of about 98 square metres, tastefully furnished, bright and quiet, able to accommodate up to 6 people and located on the 3rd floor of a renovated period building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property boasts a strategic position, being in the historic center, a few steps from Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza Vittorio and Termini Station.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The inside is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, smart TV and two sofa beds (1.00m x 1.90m);
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink and toilet;
- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), wardrobe, desk, armchair and smart TV;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BEDROOM II with double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), wardrobe, desk and smart TV.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (splits in the living room and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: the lift is not suitable for disabled people (the size is limited and there are 4 steps to access it).

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Termini stop, an 11-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to use the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, an 11-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 11 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
