Cozy 50sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the third floor of a renovated period building with lift (not suitable for disable people). The building is located in front of Palazzo Barberini, a very central area. Excellent starting point to visit all sites of interest in Rome.
The building is located within the Restricted Traffic Area please, pay attention. It is possible to park at the Avignonesi garage, 4 minutes away on foot.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM: double bed (1.60x1.90), mobile cooler, wardrobe and mobile cooler present.
- KITCHENETTE: four gas burners, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses and basic cooking utensils;
- LIVING AREA: single sofa bed (0.80x1.90), Smart TV 55", dining table with 4 chairs and mobile cooler present.
- BATHROOM: shower, sink, toilet and bidet;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, indipendent heating, washing machine (3.5 kg), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, duvets and blankets.

PLEASE NOTE: Mobile cooling device cannot be moved. The lift is not suitable for disabled people. In addition, to reach it you need to do 7 steps. Please note that the shower tray is raised.

In the apartment there are two mobile cooling devices located in the bedroom and in the living room, you can not move them.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
